The Austin Moodle Moot is under way! John Mullen has just finished the opening keynote and attendees have made their way into the morning breakout sessions.
This morning has a wide variety of presentations. Jonathan Sweetin of the North Carolina Community College System is presenting his institution's study called, "What a Moodle Feasibility Study Revealed About the Coming Disruption Wave in Online Learning."
Also, associates of Project KnoTtT, a federally funded transition to teaching partnership, is presenting on their successes using Moodle in K-12 professional development and Moodlerooms President, Lou Pugliese, is speaking about student reporting and analytics within Moodle.
Additionally, there will be presentations focusing on integrating state learning standards with Moodle, screen casting with Moodle, and the continuing efforts to build a global learning community.
We have a packed schedule this afternoon as well. We'll be providing regular updates and recaps as the Moot goes on. If there are any changes to the schedule, we will post them here.
Lastly, what are you most excited about at the Austin Moot? Let us know.
